Today I lean some Totkay from AMAL.
1. Self-Talk
2. Get out of your comfort zone
3. Create new Habits
4. Ask people help.
5. Fake it until you make it.

These tips are amazing. I need to change my self. I need to boost my confidence of for this self-talk is best tip for me to do that. Then getting out from comfort zone. By practicing these tips, I will change myself.
For me, there are two best tips. Create new habits and fake it until you make it. I have some unhealthy habits that needs to be changed. so, I will make now habits to change my routine.
I have started implementing “Get out of your comfort zone”. I am doing multiple things these days like Freelancing, Amal, Exams, FYP, Presentation and I achieved this multitasking by stepping out of my comfort zone.
For developing growth mindset first, we need to accept that we need a change, we need to accept that we have something missing in out personality, this is the first step to do. After accepting we should start doing Amal by getting out of our comfort zone.
