Project: Spare items distribution

Problem
In Pakistan about 24.3% Pakistani are living below the poverty line. They cannot afford to have 3-time meal a day. They cannot afford to buy good clothes, shoes, and other basic household things. These are the people who lives in slums.
Every one of us has clothes, shoes, and other spare things in our homes that we never use. we can donate those things to needy ones. But We don't know where to donate whom to donate.

Solution

The idea is to provide them used items by collecting them from those who don't need it anymore.

I have contacted many families in my village, and they are willing to accept used cloths. They are willing to accept other household things like old chairs, sofas, bed sheets etc. Because they cannot afford to buy new ones.

The idea is to collect those items and deliver it to needy ones. For this purpose, we must first identify the ones who want to donate. we can use social media for campaigns.
In future we can make a smart phone application where the donors can list their excess items. we will collect those items. we will repack them and deliver it to the needy one.
Besides from cloths the donors can also donate any other household thing like old sofa, chairs, bedsheets anything like that. Because for poor these things can make a difference in their livings.
This project is also an Entrepreneurial idea because developing an application will help us to earn money.
To make this project sustainable we will collect a little amount of money from donors and receivers as well. we will use this money to meet our travel and packaging expenses.
